Meet Ron Vinson, a HUD Certified 203k Consultant, Home Inspector and founder of Redi-Tech Diagnostics.  He has been involved in 203k consulting and plan review for over 20 years. Having merged a wealth of experience and skill into a company that has earned a remarkable reputation as a leading consulting company, Ron’s extensive background encompasses a commitment to ensure complete compliance with all Federal, State and Agency regulations and guidelines pertaining to all Weatherization programs.


His accolades include being the first Minority business owner to be awarded an area contract for Con Edison, receiving a full scholarship to the Minority Business Executive Program at Amos Tuck School of Business Dartmouth College among a host of others. Ron’s certification and training includes:
